Terms and conditions


You order your order directly in our webshop. Please note that ordering over 800 kg requires special relief to calculate that 2 cm stone weighs 60 kg / sqm and 1 cm stone cement brick weighs 30 kg / sqm. You are in charge of 800 kg as the customer has to have loader or similar at the time of unloading. You can also mail your order at info@stiltje.se or order through our stores. You can check the stock status of the product you wish to order in the webshop. If the plate is not available in stock, delivery time is stated on each product unless otherwise stated. We do not make any deliveries when we do not want to mix different shipment.
We will ship your order 2-3 days after payment has been made, provided the item you purchased is in stock. If for any reason, the product is not in stock, we will notify you within 2 days.


Application and Consumer Protection
These General Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply to the purchase agreement that you as a consumer enter into with Moell & Moell AB, organization number 556704-4655, hereinafter referred to as "Stiltje". To safeguard your interests as a customer, the provisions of the Consumer Purchase Act (SFS 1990: 932), the Distance and Home Sales Act (SFS 2005: 59) and the Personal Data Act (SFS 1998: 204) are applied to all purchases at www.stiltje.se.

Prices and fees
Prices quoted on www.stiltje.se are inclusive of VAT (VAT). In the shopping cart you will see total prices including pallet charges and packaging. You will see directly what you will pay and no fees will be incurred if all delivery details are correct and you are helpful at unloading. See our delivery terms.

Establishment of purchase agreement
Stiltjes products can be ordered at www.stiltje.se in one of our stores or via info@stiltje.se. Purchase Agreement is established when your order has been confirmed by Stiltje by e-mail to the e-mail address you provided at the time of ordering. By order you accept our TERMS OF DELIVERY and DECLARATION OF QUALITY. At present, agreements can only be concluded with customers with delivery addresses in Sweden. For orders outside Sweden contact us and we will be happy to help.

We ship throughout Sweden with DHL. You will see the shipping price immediately upon ordering.
Home delivery usually refers to delivery to the first port or landline of the address.
Notification at home delivery is by phone / SMS.
Normal delivery time is 3-5 working days from Stiltje confirming your order by email. If the product is included in the order range, we will return with delivery date.
If a shipment against presumption is delayed, you will be contacted by Customer Service. Of course, you also always have the right to cancel the purchase.

Keep in mind that this is heavy object to exceed 800 kg. Special relief requires that 2 cm stone weighs 60 kg / sqm and 1 cm stone cement brick weighs 30 kg / sqm. You are in charge of 800 kg as the customer has to have loader or the like on site when unloading the goods. The stone or the tile is often packed on the pallet or in carton.

Order your goods in good time
It is important that you as a customer order your goods in good time and that you book a craftsman only after you have received the goods and inspected that you received the right product. Style does not compensate for additional additional costs if craftsmen are booked before delivery has been delivered to you. We always recommend ordering in advance in advance, as unexpected delays may occasionally occur.

2. Inspect that you have received the correct product, quantity and no damage during transport.
3. Now you can book your craftsman.

Unsold items
Ships that have not been received within fourteen (14) days are returned to Stiltje. If this happens, you will be charged a fee of 1000 kr (SEK) for costs related to Style Administration, Shipping, Return Freight and Handling. Unsold items are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

The shipping company usually charges a fee for address changes during ongoing transportation. Therefore, make sure to enter the correct delivery address at your order to avoid post-billing from the shipping company.

Return Policy
As a consumer, you always have a fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Home Sales Act. If you want to return your item for exchange or repurchase during this time, you must contact customer service and we will send a return label or send the item to Stiltje. The right of withdrawal applies provided that the product is kept in a substantially unchanged condition. Right of withdrawal does not apply to broken Tadelakt or Lime paint as well as specially ordered products such as Ceramic mosaics, tiles or Sinks. In the event of a canceled purchase, you as a customer pay both for the shipping to you and the return. Stiltje also charges a handling fee of 20% of the purchase price which is deducted from the amount paid out. Excess amounts are paid within 30 days of approved return to the specified account.

Complaint after assembly is not approved.
Orders are not taken in return.

We will only return the entire order of a product. Over-ordered items are NOT returned.
This is where we sell natural products and handmade products and want to keep parties together. It is also for the customer's best, since no customer will get someone else sorted out of a shipment. You can accept the entire delivery and retain it or you will return the entire delivery. No sorting is allowed when we at Stiltje already checked that the delivered goods are in line with the standard.

When you buy products at stiltje.se, it is important that you examine your goods. Check the amount of material, shade differences & possible damage. All transport damage or defects must be reported and if the product does not meet your expectations, you must inform us within 7 days of receipt. As a customer, you have an obligation to check the product within 7 days of receipt so that it meets your expectations in terms of color and shape and has no visible defects. Do not wait to go through the product until assembly is to take place as it is easier for us to replace any damaged or incorrectly colored plates when we still have left from your particular lot.  Complaint after assembly is not approved.
If a product differs from the agreement between you and Stiltje or otherwise does not correspond to the description of the item Stiltje has provided, the product may be returned. Only original errors are covered by the right of complaint, for example, the right to claim does not cover errors caused by normal wear and tear. Complaint to Stiltje shall be made within a reasonable time, but no later than two months. In case of complaint please contact customer service and we will send a return ticket or send the item to Stiltje. We will reimburse the cost of return shipping on approved complaint.

investigation Duty
When you buy products at stiltje.se, you as our customer are our eyes to inspect you to get the right shade and product. Always make sure to get the goods home and make sure it's right before you book a craftsman. If the product does not match your expectations, please inform us before placing the material. You should also check the shade, any size variations before loading your material. Complaints after placement are not accepted for any aesthetic variations that could have been established under your investigation obligation.

When returning you are at risk, it is important that the product can not be damaged during transport. The product should be unused and returned in undamaged original packaging, all labels must be left and manuals must be sent. It is important that outer packaging is used and that tape or other material is not affixed to the original packaging.

All returns must be done on approved EU pallet full or half. The goods must be securely attached to the pallet.

Returns can not be sent to Postage / Claims. After received and approved return, refund will be made within thirty (30) days from Stiltje receiving the return. Refund is only made through bank account deposit, not cash.

Stiltje is responsible for goods that are damaged or disposed of during delivery to you. Complaint of transport damage should be done directly to DHL at delivery. Therefore, upon receipt of the shipment it is important to check that the goods are not transport damaged.

Stiltje offers three different payment options Card payment through KLARNA and Invoice payment.
All payment must be made before delivery.

To pay via invoice we need to get your order by mail at info@stiltje.se or in one of our stores
The invoice is sent by e-mail. Payment to Invoice must be made within ten (10) days from the invoice date. Delivery takes place immediately the invoice is paid.

Force majeure
In case of circumstances beyond reasonable control, for example in case of amended legislation, governmental measures, strike, blockade, tampering, war, terrorism, fire, flood, natural disaster or similar events, Stiltje's obligation to fulfill the purchase agreement shall be suspended as long as the circumstances prevail . If such delay exceeds 2 months, you and Stiltje have the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect without any obligation to pay damages.

Product information
In the event of any inaccuracies in stock status, Stiltje will correct this afterwards. If the product has expired or for any other reason is not available, Scout is not required to provide the product but may suggest an alternative item. All image information should be seen as illustrations and can not be guaranteed to reflect the exact appearance and nature of the product.

Other items
We follow the recommendations of the Swedish Complaints Board and Swedish law in case of a dispute.
